Executive Office

The Executive Office (EXEC) of the California Corporations Commissioner is responsible for the uniform administration of the Commissioner's statutory authority and for the formulation of policy for the Department.

EXEC is chaired by the Commissioner who is the Department's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and it includes:

• the Chief Deputy Commissioner and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• the Chief Advisor to the Commissioner (CAC)
• the Deputy Commissioner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• the Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel (GC)
