How to Participate
Any interested person, or his or her authorized representative, may submit written comments relevant to proposed regulatory actions prior to the end of the comment period set forth in the Notice of Proposed Changes to Regulations. They may be sent by U.S. mail addressed to: Department of Corporations. Attn: Karen Fong, Office of Legislation and Policy. 1515 K Street, Suite 200. Sacramento, CA 95814-4052. Written comments may also be sent via electronic mail: regulations@corp.ca.gov or sent via fax (916) 322-5875.
A public hearing pursuant to Section 11346.8(a) of the Government Code may be requested by any interested person, or his or her authorized representative. The request for hearing must be received by the Department of Corporations' (Department) contact person no later than 15 days prior to the close of the written comment period
