Online Filings – Limited Offering Exemption Notice (LOEN)

Welcome to the Department of Corporations' Online Filing System for the Limited Offering Exemption Notice.

As of July 22, 2005, you must file the Limited Offering Exemption Notice electronically, except in demonstrated cases of hardship, and pay the associated filing fee online.

This online system allows you to electronically file your Limited Offering Exemption Notice under Corporations Code Section 25102(f) or Rule 260.103, and pay the associated filing fees, online. (This filing is required for persons claiming the exemption from securities qualification for certain limited securities offerings.)
